My Role: Lead Graphic Designer / Marketing Manager

At Global Bricks Realty Brokerage I lead design and marketing for a Mississauga brokerage — building the internal materials our agents use, the social system that keeps the brand in front of buyers, and the marketing behind promoting the brokerage and pre-construction project launches.

Internal Brokerage Materials

Brokerage flyer mockup — three StreetSide flyers, including an Edmonton launch sheet, a VIP-incentives flyer and a cash-flow overview
Site poster mockup — four framed posters leaning on a wall, with The Amber $399,990, The Opal $679,990, The Sunstone $769,990 and a site map
Interactive open house kit mockup — a table set with a welcome sign, four QR-code standees, pens and a “Guess the Price” clipboard

An interactive open-house kit: every piece carries a QR code that opens a sign-up — a first-time-buyer seminar, a free property valuation, local market statistics updates and a VIP member list — so a visitor can opt in on the spot. A “Guess the Price” sheet turns the viewing into a conversation and builds our follow-up list.

Two social systems ran side by side: a listing-announcement format for new properties, and a new-agent welcome series that introduced each hire to the brokerage's audience.

Both were built as refillable templates, so the team could move with trends and post something new without a redesign each time.

Keeping Real Estate on Trend, and the Brokerage in Touch.

Social content designed to make Global Bricks feel less like a brokerage, and more like a brand you actually want to follow.

Pre-Construction Project Marketing

Standee mockup — a roll-up banner for the OG Urban Towns broker launch, with the development's rendering and the Global Bricks wordmark

Project marketing packaged a launch for its broker audience: the development's positioning, pricing and incentives, and the VIP member list that gave agents a reason to register buyers early.

The standee carried it into the room — a roll-up for sales centres and launch events, so one campaign travelled from screen to floor.

Pre-construction ran on social too — launch posts and event collateral built from the same system.
